I hereby assign all rights to photography, video and sound recording of me on May 19-21, 2017, and hereby authorize the reproduction, sales, copyright exhibition, broadcast and distribution of my likeness without limitation. By submitting, I acknowledge there are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS of any kind once payment has been received.
